For brown spots and the dark pigment under the eye, a skin lightner containing such as a 2% bleaching agent such as hydroquinone, Kojic acid, or L-ascorbic acid (a stabilized for of vitamin C). You should not apply this past the orbital rim of the eye (bone structure under the eye).
